3. Estimates and Pricing
Free Estimates
- All estimates and inspections are provided free of charge with no obligation
- Estimates are provided after a thorough on-site inspection of your property
- Written estimates include detailed scope of work, materials, labor, and pricing
Estimate Validity
- Written estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated
- Pricing may change after 30 days due to material cost fluctuations, project scope changes, or site condition changes
Meet or Beat Written Estimates
- Our “Meet or Beat” guarantee applies only to written estimates from licensed, insured competitors for identical materials and scope of work
- Competitor estimates must be provided in writing and are subject to our verification
- We reserve the right to decline price matching if the competitor quote does not meet professional standards or uses substandard materials
Final Pricing
- Final pricing will be confirmed in a written contract prior to commencement of any work
- No work will begin without your signed approval of the contract and pricing
- Any changes to project scope during work will be documented and require written approval before proceeding
4. Financing
Financing Options
- We offer flexible financing options through third-party financing partners to qualified customers
- Financing offers may include interest-free periods, low monthly payments, and other promotional terms
Important Financing Disclosures
- All financing is subject to credit approval by our third-party financing partner(s)
- Amazing Home Contractors, Inc. is not a lender and does not make credit decisions
- Terms, rates, eligibility requirements, and availability are determined solely by the financing institution
- Financing offers are subject to change without notice
- All financing agreements are between you and the financing institution
Your Responsibility
- You are responsible for reviewing and understanding all financing terms before signing any financing agreement
- You are responsible for making timely payments according to the financing agreement
- We are not responsible for any disputes between you and the financing provider
5. Scheduling and Property Access
Scheduling
- Upon signing a contract, we will schedule your project based on material availability, weather conditions, and our project calendar
- We will provide you with an estimated start date and project timeline
- We will notify you in advance of our arrival and keep you informed of progress
Property Access
- You agree to provide reasonable access to your property for inspections, estimates, and scheduled work
- Access includes safe entry/exit routes, driveway/street parking for vehicles and equipment, and areas necessary to complete the work
- If access is restricted or unsafe conditions exist, we reserve the right to reschedule or modify the project scope
Permits and Approvals
- You are responsible for ensuring that any applicable HOA approvals, insurance authorizations, or local permits are obtained prior to project start, unless we have agreed in writing to manage permitting on your behalf
- We can assist with permit applications and HOA submissions for an additional fee if requested
Weather and Delays
- Roofing work is weather-dependent and may be delayed due to rain, high winds, extreme temperatures, or other unsafe conditions
- We reserve the right to reschedule work due to weather, material delays, or other factors beyond our control
- We will notify you as promptly as possible of any delays and provide updated scheduling information
- We are not liable for any damages or costs resulting from weather-related delays
6. SMS/Text Messaging Program (Customer Care Only)
Description of SMS Program
Amazing Home Contractors, Inc. offers an optional SMS/text messaging program for customer care purposes only. This program is designed to provide you with timely, convenient communication related to your roofing services.
By opting in to our SMS program, you will receive text messages related to:

- Appointment Reminders: Reminders sent 24-48 hours before your scheduled appointment

Supported Carriers

If you change carriers or phone numbers, please notify us to ensure uninterrupted service and proper opt-out records.
How to Opt-Out
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time using any of the following methods:

What happens when you text STOP:

Manufacturer Warranty
As a GAF Certified Installer, we are authorized to register and offer enhanced GAF material warranties that are not available through non-certified contractors.
Manufacturer warranties cover:
- Defects in roofing materials
- Product performance issues
- Manufacturing defects
Manufacturer warranties are:
- Governed by the manufacturer (GAF or other material suppliers), not by Amazing Home Contractors, Inc.
- Subject to manufacturer terms and conditions, including proper installation, registration requirements, and maintenance
- Transferable in some cases (check specific warranty documents)
We will assist you with:
- Registering your manufacturer warranty
- Understanding warranty coverage and requirements
- Filing warranty claims if needed
Warranty Limitations
All warranties are void if:
- Damage results from acts of God, extreme weather, hurricanes, tornadoes, hail, or other natural disasters (these are covered by homeowner’s insurance, not warranty)
- You fail to perform recommended maintenance or inspections
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs are made by others
- Damage is caused by negligence, misuse, or third-party actions
- Structural issues or building defects exist that are outside our scope of work

- Administrator: Arbitration will be conducted under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) or another mutually agreed arbitration service
- Location: Arbitration will be conducted in Hernando County, Florida
- Arbitrator: One neutral arbitrator will be selected according to AAA rules
- Decision: The arbitrator’s decision is final and binding, with very limited grounds for appeal
- Costs: Each party is responsible for their own attorneys’ fees unless the arbitrator awards fees to the prevailing party
Exceptions to Arbitration (Small Claims Court): Either party may bring a claim in small claims court if the claim qualifies under small claims court jurisdictional limits and rules.
Class Action Waiver
You agree that any dispute will be resolved on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Amazing Home Contractors, Inc.
Jury Trial Waiver
Both parties waive the right to a jury trial for any dispute arising from these Terms or our services.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Jurisdiction and Venue
Any legal action that is NOT subject to arbitration (such as small claims court cases or injunctive relief) shall be filed exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hernando County, Florida.
You consent to personal jurisdiction in these courts and waive any objection to venue or inconvenient forum.
